How to become a pilot in India
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- Private Pilot License (PPL)
- Student Pilots License (SPL)
- Air Force Pilot
For Air force pilot you need to pass NDA exam and take training in NDA. For 1st three type of pilots, basic qualification is following.
- Educational Qualification: 10+2 with Physics and Maths from recognized school. Some institutes allow non Science students as long as student applies to a specified course.
- Age: Minimum 17 years ( for most institues)
- Medical: You should be medically fit as per the standards laid down by DGCA

Bsc in Aviation is not same as pilot training. Bsc in Aviaiton is aimed to convert pilot training into a university degree. Bsc in aviation imparts knowledge relation to aviation industry and help people grow faster in their career in this industry.
